School Aide - Arkansas Staffing : Job Details

Amergis Staffing is currently seeking School Aides in Oceanside, CA and surrounding areas for the 2025/2026 school year. Position details include a pay of $20/hour, a start date of 8/12/25, and hours per week ranging from 30 hours (part-time & full-time) from Monday to Friday for the 2025/2026 school year.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience working with kids or as a caregiver, and BLS. Additional details include weekly pay and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision. Amergis Advantages include weekly pay through direct deposit, health/dental/vision insurance available on the 1st of the month, and expense reimbursement for certifications and state licenses. The School Aide works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher, and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility, and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker, or other health care professional.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice, current CPR if applicable, TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable, current health certificate (per contract or state regulation), meeting all federal, state, and local requirements, and being at least 18 years of age.
