Scheduling Manager - G&E Partners : Job Details

G&E Partners are currently working with an industry leading top 25 ENR ranked GC looking to expand their data center division through a series of strategic hires. They are seeking an experienced scheduling manager to join them on their upcoming large scale, ground-up data center project in New Mexico.

Roles and Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

• Oversee the scheduling team - ensuring that all work on a large scale, ground up data center project in New Mexico for a confidential client is complete and accurate.
• Team Leadership and Development - As the scheduling manager you will be leading the rest of the scheduling team and aiding them in their day to day duties ensuring everyone is supported.
• Client Relations - The role will require you to interact with clients on a regular basis ensuring their questions are answered and they are kept up to date with project timescales.
• Report Schedules to VP of Operations - As scheduling manager you will be required to report all day to day activities and schedules to higher ups to be signed off.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years project scheduling experience with data center project scheduling required.
• Proven track record of scheduling large scale, ground-up projects.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• Long-term tenure with reputable General Contractors or Consultancy firms (5+ years at a single firm preferred).
• Must be based or open to travel to Albuquerque for the role, travel required after project completion.
• Fluent in Primavera P6.
