The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from our customers and vendors while utilizing company guidelines for complete resolution. Our Scheduling Coordinators play an important role in executing our service process and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. The starting payrate for scheduling coordinators is $19-$21 per hour.
