Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring Scheduling & Cell Logistics Specialist for 12+ months contracting assignment.

Must have skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics
• Adaptable to the ever-changing business needs
• Skilled at managing high stress situations and able to de-escalate
• A baseline understanding of a Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform

Pay: $33-34/hour W2

Location: Summit NJ

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products
• Maintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distribution
• Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners
• Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners
• Monitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues
• Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system
• Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices
• Ability to identify process improvements
