Hire Up Staffing Services is currently looking for a Scheduling Assistant for a client in Visalia, CA area. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Pay is $18 - $20 DOE. Position Summary: Responsible for organizing and managing Specialty schedules and appointments. Pay: $18-$20 DOE Qualifications: High school graduate. Minimum of six months of related experience. Bilingual - Preferred Performance Expectations: Assist with ICS Home Health and ICS clinic scheduling which will include call/texting to confirm appointments and delivery dates. Assist with answering Specialty/ IVIG delivery and scheduling calls/text for ICS Home Health and ICS clinic patients. Assist with insurance and co-insurance verification. Calling patient to inform them of their deductible and out of pocket responsibility. Assist the Specialty Intake Coordinator with PAP and FHP applications and obtain any necessary documents needed to complete the applications.
