WHAT YOU'LL DO This role is perfect for someone organized, tech-savvy, and ready to own their space in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the go-to person for managing schedules, making sure payroll is accurate, and supporting both HR and Operations. You'll work hands-on with internal teams and tech tools to keep things running smoothly - and make a real impact every day. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Accurately maintain and monitor employee timekeeping records, including missed punches and time sheet irregularities.
- Monitor time off accruals and requests for accuracy.
- Receive and escalate employee questions or concerns appropriately.
- Provide administrative support.
- Ensure timely submission of time sheets per company policy.
- Learn and embody Trident's mission, values, and workplace culture.
- Support with special projects and daily tasks assigned by the Corporate Accounting Manager.
WHO YOU ARE
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
- Comfortable navigating tech (Microsoft Office + Apple apps = win).
- You're organized, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- You handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- You're enthusiastic, accountable, and eager to learn and improve processes
- Clear communicator - written, verbal, and digital.
