This entry-level position plays a vital role in supporting daily work coordination, scheduling, and resource planning for electric-related operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute daily work plans, including scheduling, dispatching assignments, and organizing work orders.
- Support the scheduling team by facilitating meetings and short-term forecasting of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with field operations, supervisors, and supporting departments.
- Monitor work progress using internal systems; submit orders and adjust schedules as needed.
- Respond to emergent issues and escalations according to department procedures.
- Perform various reporting duties and administrative functions specific to the business unit.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks, including document handling, email communications, and data entry.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-1 year of relevant administrative or clerical experience.
