This is anIMMEDIATE job opening for our Walnut Creek office, the ideal candidate is a dynamic, high-energy, team player ready to join our team and hit the ground running Candidates will be required to work on-site.We are looking for someone that is willing to demonstrate exemplary performance in their ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and learn quickly.
We are looking for a detail oriented individual, with an extremely pleasant demeanor who posses excellent communication skills along with being comfortable with handling a large call volume! As a Scheduling Intake Coordinator, you will perform clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations. These activities include coordination of clinician schedules with the patients wants and needs, processing intake information, and communication with referral sources.
