Generates orders and client schedules Assist with answering telephone from staff, clients and answering service with excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills Assists with tracking professional staff and aide documentation Assist with managing of On-Call Schedule for after hour services Assist telehealth team with equipment setup when needed as well as scheduling of HHA's for system setups/trouble shooting in patient homes Follows up on non-confirmed visits Enters and fills supply orders; maintains supply room with quarterly supply room check for expiration dates. Assist with field staff trunk supply audits quarterly.
