Scheduler - Heavy Civil / Pipelines / WWTP

We are seeking an experienced Scheduler for heavy civil construction projects, including pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, and water infrastructure, based in San Francisco, CA. This full-time role offers a salary range of $120,000 to $160,000 DOE, along with benefits such as ESOP, 401k, car allowance, and vacation/PTO.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain project schedules for large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely, within-budget project completion meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Support project management, including contract administration between owner and design-build contractor.
  • Analyze delays and impacts to mitigate project risks.
  • Implement process controls, measure performance, and report on project status.
  • Use historical data for future planning and forecasting.
  • Provide guidance and assistance for resolving complex project control issues.
    • Requirements
    • 5+ years of scheduling experience in civil construction, especially heavy civil projects.
    • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in scheduling, cost control, and subcontract documentation.
    • Experience with underground utilities, pipelines, WWTP, and water infrastructure projects is preferred.
