If you would like the genuine opportunity to make a profound difference in the delivery of primary care and community health, we invite your interest and application after reviewing the specifics and requirements for the Schedule and Productivity Manager listed below.Position SummaryThe Schedule and Productivity Manager is a vital operational role responsible for optimizing provider schedules and monitoring clinician productivity across Brevard Health Alliance. This role collaborates closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to improve patient access, provider efficiency, and financial performance in a complex, value-sensitive payer environment.General Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare operations or scheduling/data analyst role, preferably in an FQHC or ambulatory setting.
Additional Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and Phreesia preferred.
  • Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Azara, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling workflows, provider productivity metrics, and payer reimbursement models.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across departments and levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of FQHC quality, compliance, and grant-reporting requirements.
  • Understanding of healthcare insurance models and visit types (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to interpret and act on complex data.
Primary AccountabilitiesScheduling Optimization :
  • Design, review, and maintain provider templates to align with access targets, provider capacity, and organizational goals.
  • Recommend and implement changes based on utilization trends, no-show/cancellation rates, and appointment type mismatches.
  • Monitor template compliance and identify scheduling gaps and underutilization patterns.
  • Ensure adequate availability for key populations (pediatric, behavioral health, chronic disease, walk in, dental, etc.).
  • Partner with front desk and call center teams to drive scheduling best practices.
  • Collaborate with site managers and clinicians on schedule implementation and follow-through.
Productivity Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and report on provider productivity: visits per day, revenue per visit, RVUs (if applicable), and panel sizes.
  • Deliver monthly individual provider productivity reports with actionable benchmarks and trends.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly leadership reports summarizing site and network-level performance, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify missed opportunity patterns (e.g., non-billable visits, gaps, no-shows) and recommend tactical interventions.
  • Escalate systemic or critical performance issues to the Director of Business Operations.
Data Management & Dashboarding
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Pull and validate data from eCW, Phreesia, and other systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Present data tailored to the audience: summary-level insights for leadership; individualized feedback for providers, making recommendations and changes where appropriate.
Operational & Strategic Support
  • Lead or participate in initiatives to improve provider efficiency, appointment access, and patient flow.
  • Support equitable workload distribution across providers.
  • Train managers and relevant staff on scheduling workflows and analytics usage.
  • Serve as an operational liaison between clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scheduling and productivity-related processes.
