Job Description :
- SCCM Engineer: looking for an experienced SCCM engineer to join and help the client manage desktop and server infrastructure in stores. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, configuring, and providing level 4 support. Ensuring the health and security of our clients and servers is key.
- Responsibilities:Plan, design, and implement SCCM infrastructure and site systems
- Deploy and update operating systems, applications, and patches using SCCM
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and compliance issues
- Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards
- Develop and document SCCM policies, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure SCCM integration and compatibility
- Provide technical support and guidance to L2 and L3 teams
- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (not required)
- 8+ years of experience in SCCM administration and engineering
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM architecture, features, and components (required)
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and SQL queries (required)
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy (required)
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365, and Azure (plus)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Certification in SCCM, Microsoft, or ITIL (plus)
