- Open, sort, count, and batch all inbound paper claims received by mail.
- Scan inbound paper claims using Imagenet scanning software.
- Log and scan all inbound certified mail, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Process inbound files from various departments and ensure proper filing.
- Maintain high-quality standards while working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Scan and accurately name documents received from multiple departments.
- Perform data entry for scanned documents.
- Conduct quality control checks on scanned images to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Track, batch, and monitor all offline, deleted, or pulled claims.
- Follow standard procedures and monitor system queues to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Accurately update the claims control sheet and report discrepancies promptly.
- Process outbound mail and archive various documents and records as needed.
- Regularly lift and move items up to 50 lbs. as part of the daily mail handling process.
