Scanning Clerk (Temporary) - Envoy Air : Job Details

Sort and prepare physical personnel files for scanning, ensuring documents are in the correct order. Scan and upload files into the electronic system accurately and efficiently. Handle all documents with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Track and report the number of files scanned each day to the project lead. Maintain file organization and integrity throughout the scanning process. Identify and report any missing, misfiled, or damaged documents. Follow scanning protocols and quality control procedures to ensure clear and complete digital copies. Qualifications Requirements:Prior experience handling confidential or sensitive information is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Comfortable using scanning equipment and basic computer systems. Good verbal communication skills and ability to provide daily progress updates.
