Scanning and Key Entry Operator - Goodwill : Job Details

File and monitor workers' comp, property, and casualty claims to ensure timely processing and coordinate appropriate claims documentation, incident reports and track losses and corrective actions. Maintain records, retrieve information, and produce correspondence, reports, and forms. Input appropriate information from the documents into the IRON DATA system as appropriate for the type of batch being indexed. Verifies the accuracy and quality of each specific index file and document image by performing 100% quality check. Make corrections as needed. Reconciles error conditions with the Scan/ Index and Production Control Supervisor when necessary. Make corrections as needed. Provides customer service to answer questions in their area of responsibility. Responds to questions or direct to supervisor. Maintains contract required production and quality control standards.
