Our client is a leading American transportation and logistics company and one of the largest 3PLs. We are seeking a Manhattan SCALE Implementation Analyst to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work fully REMOTE.

Contract Duration: 6 months

The SCALE Resource is responsible for solution and implementation activities, including solution documentation, estimation, design, configuration/development, continuous improvement, and implementation. The role requires close collaboration with business partners and technology teams to deliver effective distribution management solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Distribution Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (8+ years)
• At least 2 years of experience in IT or supply chain management systems
• Knowledge of distribution/3PL industry processes to facilitate requirements discussions and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in MS SQL for data analytics and extraction
• Understanding of distribution and supply chain business flows
• Strong documentation skills for business requirements, functional design, and solutions

• Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Web Services or API development

What You Will Be Doing

• Product rollout, SME responsibilities, documentation, training, testing, troubleshooting
• Providing product support and client demonstrations
• Weekly status reporting and timely timesheet submission
• Continuous improvement and innovation
