Scale House Clerk - Butterball, LLC : Job Details

This position is responsible for receiving of all ingredients into the feed mill and inventory of feed for shipment. This position will provide necessary reports to key personnel regarding ingredient and feed inventories, ensuring payment of invoices and testing of grain delivered to the feed mill for quality. Essential Functions, Duties & Responsibilities Receiving and weighing of all truck delivering ingredients to the feed mill, both on arrival and when leaving. Collect samples of grain from trucks, test for moisture and weight, grade of grain for use in feed meal. Take extra samples to be submitted for testing at the Feed Lab in Goldsboro. Log all results and maintain. Maintain log of deliveries into the feed mill daily. Distribute as needed to appropriate personnel. Data entry of Receiving information to scales and M-tech Programs.
