Scale Clerk/ Dispatch - Waste Connections : Job Details

Scale House Attendant:Greet and direct customers and drivers at the transfer station. Record and track weights using computer systems. Calculate payments and ensure safe, compliant loads. Provide excellent customer service. Dispatcher:Schedule and dispatch drivers and routes. Resolve customer issues (missed pickups, container problems, etc.)Communicate with drivers and internal teams. Use Microsoft Office and proprietary systems. What Were Looking For. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
