Position: Contract, 1 year (Remote, Travel required 50%)

• Meet project deadlines related to the SCADA system scope.
• Collaborate with in-house teams and suppliers to prioritize tasks, meet milestones, and develop work schedules.
• Design, integrate, program, commission, and test power plant controllers and SCADA systems for Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Systems.
• Review SCADA engineering designs and provide feedback.
• Report progress regularly to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or Automation Systems with SCADA experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in programming and commissioning SCADA systems.

• Experience with SCADA commissioning and integration, control system architecture, PLC programming.
• Knowledge of Ignition, OPC protocols, SCADA historians, automation protocols (Modbus, DNP3, CAN, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Understanding of RTU to RTU interfacing, electrical and communication plans.
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, renewable SCADA systems, and troubleshooting AC/DC circuits.
• Project management experience with vendors and EPCs.
