SC Interior Lead - Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation : Job Details

Under general direction, assist with directing and coordinating all activities and personnel involved with interior modification of aircraft to ensure timely and cost effective fulfillment of delivery schedules and optimum quality and standards. Job Description Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Develop work schedules, estimates and status reports; aids in establishing priorities and assigns works to subordinates to meet or exceed scheduled commitments. Coordinate work assignments with other departments and works closely with engineering and contract administrators to ensure proper fabrication and completion of assigned tasks. Ensure all workmanship is of highest quality; provide recommendations for continuous quality and process improvement and reduction of cycle time. Report to management on status of all assignments; prepare and maintain department records and reports.
