Self-Develop profitable new business with target customer segments. Partner with Relationship Managers to develop new business. Provide client retention support to R - Ms for clients through servicing support of existing SBA loan clients. On-compliance, SBA training and community service. Position Qualifications Bachelor s Degree from an accredited university in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent work experience 7 years of experience financial lending 7 years of experience business development 2 years of experience of credit training or equivalent work Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday Salary: For candidates hired in the state of California, the expected salary/ On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is currently: \n\n$154.200 - $260,625 Annually \n\n.
