Join to apply for the SBA Data Scientist role at First Bank of the LakeJoin to apply for the SBA Data Scientist role at First Bank of the LakeGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Create models and algorithms to assist a team of underwriters in making lending decisions across the credit spectrum of small and medium-sized businesses.Investigate new data sources to determine the incremental predictive value of the new data relative to existing sources.Discover insights from untapped and unstructured data sources, translate findings into clear, actionable strategies and implement data-driven solutions for business enhancement.Research new statistical methodologies that may improve the performance of our credit risk scoring models.Utilize and create ETL pipelines to ingest data from external parties and create interface to communicate model/analysis results with backend systems.
