We are offering a Learnership Programme under the SCSPR-76 Strategic Partnerships portfolio, designed for young South Africans who are eager to gain hands-on experience across various government-related, development, and administrative domains. This opportunity will provide structured learning, professional exposure, mentorship, and real-world work assignments.

Learners will gain monthly and quarterly experience in one or more of the following focus areas:

• Communications & Public Relations
• Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement
• Executive & Council Support
• Human Resources & Knowledge Management
• Information Systems & Digital Technology
• Policy Development & Legal Services
• Performance Management & Data Science
• Innovation & Organisational Effectiveness
• Housing, Settlements & Urban Planning
• Climate Change & Environmental Services
• Public Infrastructure (Roads, Utilities, Parks)
• Recreation, Sports & Library Services
• Social Development & Early Childhood Development
• Disaster Risk Management & Emergency Response
• Finance, Budgeting, Tax, and Municipal Reporting
• Education, Training, and Capacity Building

We are looking for motivated, committed, and eager-to-learn individuals who are:

• Aged between 18 and 35 years
• Unemployed and not currently enrolled in any other programme
• South African citizen with a valid ID
• Hold a Matric certificate or completed NQF 4 or higher qualification
• Interested in working in the public sector, development, infrastructure, or strategic partnerships
• Able to work independently and as part of a diverse team

• Monthly stipend
• Practical, hands-on training and coaching
• Exposure to real-world strategic planning, partnerships, and public systems
• Mentorship and performance feedback
