SayPro is seeking a passionate and visionary Strategic Partnerships Community Leaders Manager to champion the connection between grassroots leadership and national development. This high-impact role demands someone with a deep understanding of community dynamics, local governance, and intersectoral collaboration. The successful candidate will manage and grow strategic partnerships with community leaders across South Africa and beyond.

As the Strategic Partnerships Community Leaders Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the SCSPR-75 Programme, which focuses on monthly and quarterly partnership engagements across:

• Executive and Council Support
• Human Resources & Knowledge Management
• Information Systems, Legal Services & Policy
• Organisational Performance (Contracts, Data, Innovation)
• Business Enablement, Resource & Infrastructure Management
• Housing & Human Settlements
• Urban Planning, Resilience & Climate Response
• Energy, Utilities & Disaster Management
• Recreation, Parks, Libraries, and Community Development
• Health, Social Support & Public Safety
• Environmental Protection & Waste Management
• Transportation, Digital Governance & Smart Cities
• Citizen Engagement, Training, and Capacity Building

• Coordinating monthly and quarterly strategic partnership engagements with local and traditional community leaders.
• Facilitating communication between community structures and SayPro's internal departments.
• Leading initiatives that improve municipal governance through community input.
• Designing and implementing community-focused strategies that align with SayPro's broader goals.
• Supporting the development and delivery of programmes across infrastructure, human settlements, health, education, and sustainability.
• Monitoring performance, compiling reports, and advising the Director's Office.
• Driving innovation and resilience strategies through inclusive planning and partnership.

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Urban Planning, or related fields. Master's degree is advantageous.
• Experience: At least 5 years' experience in community development, public sector partnerships, municipal management, or NGO leadership.
• Proven track record in engaging with traditional leaders, local government, or community-based organisations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, policy development, and project management capabilities.
• Multilingual ability and cultural sensitivity are highly desirable.
