SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant - VESLOG : Job Details

Working in the SAP Consulting Department as an SAP logistics functional consultant, specializing in S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)

• Participate in various projects related to the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems in logistics, both in Poland and across the EU.
• Maintain constant collaboration with other functional consultants and business users.
• Work continuously with the implementation team and project stakeholders.
• Assist junior consultants with their daily challenges, providing consulting on solutions and approaches.
• Actively participate in project meetings and foster team collaboration.
• Proactively seek new solutions and initiate process improvements.
• Leverage your experience to support other consultants in overcoming obstacles and ensuring high-quality communication within the team.

What is expected of you

• A minimum of five years of experience in SAP projects as a consultant or similar role, with a proven track record of successful project implementation.
• In-depth understanding of core end-to-end SAP TM business processes and integration.
• Experience in implementing SAP projects, including the SAP TM module within ERP processes such as Sales, Procurement, and Returns for Shipper Scenario.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, slicers, formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mindset and business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Knowledge of team management methodologies, including agile approaches, facilitation skills, and collaboration focus.
• High independence in organizing work and collaborating effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Polish and English at B2/C1 level (fluent spoken and written).
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for business trips.
• Open and flexible approach to working in an international, culturally diverse environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ABAP programming language.
• Proficiency in business-level German.
