Drive Supply Chain Excellence with SAP! The Pittsburgh Paints Company is looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Support Specialist to join our SAP Centre of Excellence. Location: Hybrid (Pittsburgh, PA area preferred) Travel: Occasional travel to HQ in Cranberry Township, PA Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert hands-on support for SAP ECC Supply Chain modules, especially Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO).
  • Lead small projects while supporting day-to-day operations, enhancements, and incident resolution.
  • Collaborate remotely with teams across the U.S. and Canada to ensure seamless integration and planning processes.
  • Support interfaces between SAP and external applications linked to supply chain operations.
  • Learn and support The Pittsburgh Paints Company's SAP solutions within six months.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a business-related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP ECC experience with a focus on Supply Chain Planning (IBP/APO).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience with APO (DP, SNP, CIF, planning books, macros, BI integration).
  • Proven experience with IBP (DP, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, templates, realignment tools, key figure calculations).
  • Strong communication skills, self-starter mindset, and ability to lead or mentor junior analysts.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a hybrid and geographically distributed team environment.
