SAP AfterSales Service Consultant responsible for managing configuration changes and enhancements of our SAP System to support our Customer Service Organisation.

Design, customize, and implement core functionalities of SAP CS / PM and/or SD modules in the AfterSales Service Area (automotive). SAP Power Users in these modules are also welcome.
Work on the roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionalities within the specified SAP modules.
Responsible for successful implementation, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentations, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
Knowledge and experience of technical AfterSales Service processes in SAP, mainly: Orders, Notifications, Equipment and Functional Location structures (including classifications, Measurement Points, etc.), Contracts, Maintenance Planning.
Facilitate requirements gathering, design, implementation, and support of SAP AfterSales Service to enhance clients' business functionality and performance.
Participate in meetings, build trust with internal business customers, understand business objectives, and seek alignment.
Engage with Key Users and Business Partners to identify and validate requirements and translate them into solution designs.
Analyze and develop functional specifications and communicate them to technical developers for efficient solution development.
Monitor and present periodic status updates to stakeholders.
Monitor risks and issues, and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
Ensure best practices are followed, and required processes and documentation are maintained.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP CS / PM or SD modules or similar SAP modules.
Experience working in S/4HANA implementation projects.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP ERP and integration with other modules such as SD, PM, MM.
Good knowledge of AfterSales Processes and objects (Orders, Contracts, Equipment, Functional Locations) and their processes.
Experience working with global teams across different business processes.
Experience setting up and maintaining ALE and IDOC scenarios.
Strong communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
