Futrend Technology Inc. is hiring for an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Project Manager to join our team of industry leading professionals supporting our Customers in the Federal Government.

Purpose and Objective of Job:

We are seeking a Project Manager (PM) who can drive SAP S/4 HANA upgrade-related Implementation Projects. As a PM, you will act as a trusted advisor for the customer, by considering the balance between customer needs and project scope. For driving individual projects, you will execute project management works such as issue, time, cost, risk, communication, quality, and resource management.

Expectations and tasks of the job:

As PM, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Understand the customer's requirements, business processes, and solution landscape
• Be a trusted advisor for the customer, by leading project works based on the defined scope
• Apply SAP Activate methodology and SAP ECC to the S/4 HANA upgrade process
• Create detailed project plans with deliverables and execute them
• Work closely with the customer project manager and module leads to track and update project plan, complete weekly status report, budget/burn rates, issue tracker, and risk register
• Provide customer guidance and support on communications, change management, testing strategy, and training strategy
• Coordinate involvement of SAP consultants and lead them in the project
• Setup project governance framework with customer Project Manager

Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• SAP functional consultant or technology/BASIS experience (SAP Project Manager or Operation manager experience preferred)
• Coordinate with module leads and provide best/leading practices and guidance on cross-module process and data integration
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to work with customer project manager, SAP consultants, and senior management level
• Effective stakeholder management abilities
• PMP or Project Management Certifications will be an added advantage
