We are looking for experiencedSAP PP (Production Planning),PM (Plant Maintenance), andQM (Quality Management)Consultants to join our SAP practice. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in one or more of these modules to design, implement, and support SAP solutions for global clients. You will work on enhancing and optimizing manufacturing, maintenance, and quality processes by customizing SAP solutions to meet client-specific needs.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various industries to deliver high-quality SAP solutions, participate inS/4HANAmigrations, and support end-to-end project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP Solution Implementation: Lead or contribute to the implementation and customization of the SAP PP/PM/QMmodules, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
- Business Process Optimization: Work with clients to understand and streamline their manufacturing, maintenance, and quality processes, providing efficient SAP solutions to optimize their operations.
- S/4HANA Migration & Projects: Participate in or lead S/4HANA migration and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient use of SAP's latest functionalities.
- Module Configuration: Configure and customize the SAP PP, PM, or QM modules according to business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
- Integration & Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration between PP/PM/QM modules and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO) and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP PP, PM, and QM modules, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations and provide end-user training to ensure effective use of the SAP system.
- Testing & Validation: Assist in the development of test cases, perform testing, and ensure the system meets business requirements before go-live.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to provide expert advice, recommend system improvements, and deliver SAP solutions that align with their strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP, PM, or QM modules, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Module Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP PP (Production Planning) for production management, PM (Plant Maintenance) for equipment management, and/or QM (Quality Management) for quality assurance processes.
- S/4HANA Knowledge: Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations is preferred.
- Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing, maintenance, and quality processes within industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or pharmaceuticals.
- Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration points between SAP PP/PM/QM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to business stakeholders.
- Problem-solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP-related issues.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients across different industries.
Preferred:
- SAP certification in PP, PM, or QM modules.
- Familiarity with Fiori and UI5 for enhanced user experience.
- Experience with SAP Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
