Role and Responsibilities

As a Manager in Consulting focusing on SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management, you will:

Lead workstream delivery, managing processes and solutions effectively.

Track project deliverables and statuses, ensuring alignment with objectives.

Participate actively in client sessions, leading from planning through execution.

Demonstrate strong technical and business acumen, with a capacity to learn quickly.

Maintain quality client service, monitor progress, and manage risks.

Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.

Gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support testing and training phases.

Stay updated on SAP Asset Management functionalities.

Collaborate across various SAP modules and business units to deploy solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP Asset Management/Plant Maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication and technical skills.
• Understanding of Asset Management principles.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Willingness to travel (40-60%).

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Client relationship management.
• End-to-end SAP implementation experience.
• Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions and certifications.
