The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, supervising the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, including Sales Order Management, ATP, Shipping, Credit Management, Pricing, Billing, and more.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise and strong business acumen in the Order-to-Cash domain and its related areas within Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement. Stay updated on current industry trends such as S/4HANA with Rise, BTP clean core, SAP AI scenarios, and demonstrate the ability to assimilate new knowledge.
  • Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on the OTC process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes.
  • Lead client workshops and meetings to gather and understand user stories, establishing relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams by providing feedback and coaching, fostering an inclusive environment, and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY's services, assessing client needs, and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Support professional development of team members through training, workshops, and career growth opportunities.

    You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on SAP capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document workflows and functional designs. You will liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions, complete configurations, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

    To qualify for the role you must have

    • A bachelor's degree with at least nine years of related experience.
    • At least eight years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash, with deep functional and technical expertise in SAP SD modules in S/4HANA and ECC, capable of designing, configuring, and implementing complex WRICEF objects.
    • Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
    • Proven leadership in client relationships and project management, with a track record of delivering SAP projects.
    • Knowledge of industry best practices, benchmarking, and prior consulting experience relevant to finance and technology functions.
    • Ability to research client inquiries, emerging issues, regulations, and new technologies.
    • Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

    Ideally you'll also have

    • Previous consulting experience.
    • SAP certifications.

    We provide a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a salary range of $169,900 to $388,200 in the US, with higher ranges for NYC, Washington State, and California. Our hybrid work model expects most client-facing roles to work in person 40-60% of the time. We also support personal time off and holidays.
