Job Description Job Title: Enterprise Administrator - SAP LeanIX Location: Virtual (Remote, U.S.-based) Employment Type: Contract Hours: 40 hours/week Travel: None required Start Date: ASAP Background/References Check: Required Overview TPG is partnering with a forward-thinking enterprise IT organization to hire an Enterprise Administrator who will play a key role in supporting and maturing the organization's architecture practice-specifically through the management and evolution of the LeanIX Enterprise Architecture platform. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a technically inclined, detail-oriented IT professional who wants to develop a career in enterprise architecture, systems planning, or IT governance. You'll support experienced enterprise and solution architects, gain hands-on experience with a leading EA repository tool, and build a foundation in capability mapping, architecture governance, and systems integration. Key ResponsibilitiesLeanIX Administration & Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and current LeanIX data for applications, capabilities, processes, and interfaces
  • Collaborate with architecture and application owners to ensure integrity and completeness
  • Manage user access, permissions, and workspace configurations in LeanIX
Repository Support & Visualization
  • Generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards for IT planning and architecture governance
  • Support periodic data audits and assist with data cleanup processes
  • Help integrate LeanIX with tools like ServiceNow, CMDBs, and internal APIs
Governance & Methodology Support
  • Assist in managing and updating reference architectures, standards, and documentation
  • Participate in architecture working group sessions and stage-gate reviews
  • Support alignment to frameworks like TOGAF, BIZBOK, or other EA methodologies
Communication & Collaboration
  • Engage closely with enterprise architects, solution architects, and business analysts
  • Track and reflect IT system or project changes within LeanIX
  • Provide basic training, onboarding, and support for LeanIX users across business units
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or enterprise architecture coordination
  • Familiarity with LeanIX or similar EA platforms (e.g., Ardoq, Orbus, Avolution, etc.)
  • Working understanding of business capability modeling, application inventories, and interface documentation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
  • Academic or internship experience in enterprise architecture, IT governance, or systems planning
  • Exposure to frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or SAFe
  • Interest in utilities, energy, or other regulated industries
  • Basic knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB concepts, and light SQL or API use

  • Visualization/Reporting: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint
