Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Consultant with over 10 years of expertise, including deep domain knowledge in healthcare distribution and supply chain execution.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations, focusing on transportation optimization, compliance management, and cold chain distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle SAP TM and logistics implementation projects for complex distribution networks.
• Conduct logistics process assessments and transportation network optimization studies.
• Design integrated logistics solutions spanning SAP TM, EWM, and customer order management.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and configuration strategies for transportation and logistics processes.

• Implement transportation optimization strategies including route planning, carrier selection, and freight cost management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare distribution standards, including cold chain logistics and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align logistics solutions with business goals and operational needs.

• Ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules and external systems.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to logistics systems.
• Document configuration changes and provide training to end-users.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP TM and logistics consulting roles.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of transportation optimization, compliance, and healthcare distribution.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with EWM and other logistics modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical supply chain environments.
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics and regulatory compliance standards.
