SAP Basis Expert - oXya SAS : Job Details

OXYA CORPORATION seeks to hire a SAP Basis Expert in Jersey City, NJ to utilize SAP Standard tools and best practices to design appropriate solutions. Assist customers in summarizing the required Service Level Agreement (SLA)Educate the client on disaster recovery approaches. Validate hardware vendor proposals (if external). Collaborate with the BDM to build services proposals and participate in presentations of offers when applicable. Maintain in-depth knowledge of specific technical areas and provide expert advice on their application and supervise specialist technical consultancy. Recommend and conduct training, when applicable. Provide direction and technical advice to Support Delivery Team. Ensure 100% adherence to all IT and department policies, processes, and procedures. Make certain that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service, anticipating, meeting and exceeding expectations, prioritizing customer issues. Identify and implement new practices and process that are considered “best in field.”Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 60 months of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a SAP Basis Expert-related occupation. Position requires 60 months of experience in the following:

• SAP system installation, upgrade, and configuration;
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP System Issues;
• SAP Applications Technical Architecture design;
• SAP Applications Technical Security;
• SAP Applications Technical administration and Monitoring;
• SAP Applications Backup and Recovery;
• SAP Applications Disaster Recovery technical design;
• Technical Landscape design and documentation;
• Integration of SAP and related non-SAP applications; and
