Sr. SAP Analyst – TPM Focus

Location: Reston, VA (On-site)

Industry: Consumer Goods / Manufacturing

Compensation: $130K–$140K + Bonus Potential (up to 25%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead TPM module configuration and integration with core SAP modules
• Support S/4HANA implementation and post-go-live optimization
• Build and maintain Power BI reports using SAP BW
• Collaborate cross-functionally and support various IT initiatives
• Provide training, documentation, and user support

Ideal Candidate:

• 5–10 years of SAP experience, including TPM and CRM
• Strong understanding of SD, MM, PP modules
• Experience with BI reporting, EDI, and system integration
• Hands-on involvement in at least one S/4HANA implementation
• Comfortable in a small team environment, wearing multiple hats
