Job Description :
Position Summary: This position is responsible for designing, developing, testing, enhancing and maintain software programs from specifications supplied by Business Solutions Leads. Duties include but are not restricted to preparing technical documents, recommending, and implementing programming standards for the organization. Provide instruction and guidance to Application Developers. Provide programming support for Curbell, Inc. Responsible for developing, customizing, and modifying reports, forms, user exits, interfaces, etc. as required by functional areas. Essential Functions:
  • Establishes effective programming, specification and test standards. Performs analysis of specification for work to be done to ensure proper integration of business processes and procedures.
  • Works effectively with project team and functional leads in the development of program specification requirements. Works with functional leads to test and verify results and provide training as appropriate. Works with functional leads in order to troubleshoot emerging production issues.
  • Performs complex ABAP programming tasks including report and transaction creation, conversion programs, LSMW, SAP script and Smart Forms. Provides support for the application of OSS notes. Meets established timelines and priorities.
  • Prepares thorough and comprehensive technical program documentation including specifications, test plans, test data, etc.
  • Assist senior staff member in the development of time cost estimates for program preparation, testing and development. Sets priorities and Manages Time.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Specific Requirements: *Ability to manage and coach subordinates. *Excellent verbal and written communication. *Must be able to work additional hours if needed. *Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines *Demonstrated ability to research and analyze opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions, both internally and externally. *Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills. *Must currently be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Environment:
  • In office
  • Hybrid after 6 months
  • Remote in Eastern Standard Time zone or Central Standard Time zone.
