Work remotely 1 or 2 days a week BENEFITS 401(k) / Profit-Sharing goes into your 401K even if you don't contribute Health insurance Health savings account Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account 9 paid holidays + paid time off closed Christmas to New Year week Parental Leave Professional development assistance Job Description and Requirements * BS / BA degree or equivalent required * 5 + years experience • Design, Develop, and maintain programs using the SAP development tools (ABAP, iDocs, BAPI, RFC, ABAP Dialog program, ABAP Object programming and SAP Workflow). • Design and Develop SAP Smart Forms and Adobe Forms. • Provide cross-functional problem identification and resolution. • Leads and supports junior programmers. • Review designs of ABAP reports/programs for Performance tuning. • Troubleshooting / Debugging programs. • Lead small projects, gather business requirements and present technical solutions. • Work closely with customers to develop functional specs. Translate these requests into technical requirements, and deliver optimized code to meet this spec. • Create Technical Documentation which can be easily used by more junior developers. • Employees are expected to follow instructions, procedures and to escalate any issue impacting workflow, quality, etc. • Employees must exhibit honesty and integrity as well as demonstrate adherence to rules, procedures and policies. A Plus SAP certification in development Understanding of the following HR, BW, PO PI, SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, APO, WEB Dynpro or UI5 ALV reporting. Deep experience with User-Exits, BADIs and enhancement points. Knowledge of SAP data dictionary and file structures. Experience of ABAP Object Orientated programming.
