Sanitation Supervisor 3rd shift - Fresh Express : Job Details

The Sanitation Supervisor provides leadership to the Sanitation Leads and crews in all areas of sanitation. He\/she ensures compliance to Fresh Express food safety and sanitation standards.\n. Duties and Responsibilities:\n\n. Provides leadership to third shift sanitation crews in all areas.\n. Performs comprehensive evaluation of sanitation process and practices.\n. Evaluates and modifies SSOP's as required\n. Evaluates and modifies Master Sanitation Schedule as required.\n. Updates FSSC documentation as required (in accordance to FSSC procedures)\n. Trains Sanitation Leads and Sanitation Crew on documented processes and procedures.\n. Perform swabs as needed\n. Coordinates the activities of contracted sanitation personnel to ensure compliance to Fresh Express Sanitation standards.\n. Reviews and Perform Sanitation\/ QA assessments and audits (pre-op inspection and swabs) of sanitation operations.\n. Manages Sanitation supplies and chemical inventories.\n.
