Sanitation Safety Trainer - Butterball, LLC : Job Details

DEPARTMENT: Sanitation/ Safety. SHIFT: 3rd Shift. PAY: $20.40 plus $1.00 Shift Differential!! OBJECTIVE: To outline the correct method of training new and cross-trained employees in such areas as: job specific training, Equipment set up and operation, knife/blade handling or removing, proper work methods, OSHA required employee training (PIT, LOTO, Chemical Specific Training, annual safety training) etc. Cross train existing employees as needed for job changes, transfers, etc. As a trainer you should be geared towards teaching and training employees on the policies and procedures rather than just enforcing them. RESPONSIBILITY: The designated associate assigned the task of Sanitation trainer is responsible for performing the task as outlined in this work instruction.
