Job Description :
Sanitation Maintains building interior by dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; cleaning overhead piping and all bakery equipment; replenishing restrooms; and bagging scrap materials for pick-up. Safely maintains sanitary equipment by using necessary lockout/tagout procedures before cleaning; following manufacturer's instructions when taking the machines apart; cleaning with air hose or other tools; putting machine back together correctly; and removing safety lock. Removes trash by emptying trash containers; transporting materials to disposal area; and recycling materials. Maintains sanitary production environment by washing utensils, scoops, pails; cleaning production tables; dusting conveyers; pressure spraying mixing bowls, ladders, small machines, and rugs. Maintains safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties as assigned.
