We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Solution Lead to drive innovation, integration, and optimization across our Salesforce platform. This is a high-impact role that collaborates across departments to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business processes and member experiences. What You'll Do:
- Own and evolve the Salesforce roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, develop user stories, and manage a prioritized backlog using Jira and Confluence.
- Lead integration efforts across business units and vendors, ensuring seamless workflows and data integrity.
- Champion Agile methodologies, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring quality releases and proactive issue resolution.
- Partner with the Security team to uphold data protection and compliance standards.
- Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Continuously engage with end-users to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum, product management, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with financial services systems; life insurance policy administration is a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design, data architecture, and API development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
