Job Description :

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Solution Lead to drive innovation, integration, and optimization across our Salesforce platform. This is a high-impact role that collaborates across departments to deliver scalable solutions that enhance business processes and member experiences. What You'll Do:

  • Own and evolve the Salesforce roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, develop user stories, and manage a prioritized backlog using Jira and Confluence.
  • Lead integration efforts across business units and vendors, ensuring seamless workflows and data integrity.
  • Champion Agile methodologies, driving sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery.
  • Monitor and optimize platform performance, ensuring quality releases and proactive issue resolution.
  • Partner with the Security team to uphold data protection and compliance standards.
  • Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Continuously engage with end-users to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce as a Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
  • Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum, product management, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with financial services systems; life insurance policy administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design, data architecture, and API development.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
