What You'll Get To Do:

In this role, you will own the Service Cloud product roadmap and act as the voice of the business to ensure successful delivery of features and foundational elements that drive scalable, efficient, and high-impact service experiences. This individual will act as a bridge between business requirements, technical implementation and end-user needs within the Service Cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, customer support teams, and technical leads to gather and document business requirements and user stories.
• Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories with prioritization based on business value, technical dependencies, and platform health.
• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog refinement sessions to define acceptance criteria and definitions of done.
• Conduct user tests and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve the product
• Ensure documentation is up to date and provide input for end-user training materials
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance while adhering to company compliance and governance policies.
• Must possess good organizational, decision-making, and logical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with working in a fast-paced and changing environment

What You'll Bring:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud product ownership experience
• Deep knowledge of Service Cloud capabilities and pitfalls — including omni-channel, service console, case lifecycle management, entitlements, knowledge, and automation.
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data modes
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and Lightning web components
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution, identifying high-impact foundational features that enable scalable business value.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant).
• Involvement in Salesforce community
