Our client manages a multi-cloud Salesforce environment and seeks an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Salesforce Service Cloud and have strong knowledge of other Clouds, specifically Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. Additional expertise with Tableau is a plus.

This role is non-technical; it requires understanding how Salesforce clouds connect, their functions, and leading internal projects with clarity and structure.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving the Multi-Cloud environment from a business perspective, coordinating stakeholders, technical teams, and timelines.
• Serving as a Project Management SME—guiding best practices, integration logic, and strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with developers and technical partners across Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud to ensure project alignment.
• Supporting Data Cloud implementation and exploring Tableau and AgentForce with early insights.
• Establishing project plans, managing risks, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Acting as the internal connector across Salesforce initiatives to unify cross-cloud efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience leading complex digital/CRM projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its role in customer operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• No coding required, but architecture, functionality, and dependencies knowledge are essential.
• Comfortable advising and guiding non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile project management. Salesforce certifications are a bonus but not mandatory.
