Yudrio is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the myVCF project with DOJ. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will utilize best practices and will conform to client enterprise architecture, available products, and development methodologies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex and large scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Be a problem solver - help identify problems as they arise, lead and contribute to solutions to these problems, whether technical, process, and/or logistical.
  • Partner with engineering managers and engineers to estimate story points, define development milestones, and manage resources.
  • Proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress by identifying communication gaps, mitigating risks & issues, and providing support to teams balancing challenging priorities.
  • Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and propose technical alternatives when necessary.
  • Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective.
  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management, where improvements are measurable and the impact can be felt organization-wide.
  • Be a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading multiple organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.

Role Requirements:

  • Must live in Washington, DC or surrounding areas in DC, Maryland, or VA.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in DC twice per week.
  • Must have a college degree.
  • Must have a PMP.
  • Must have at least one Salesforce certification.
  • Must be a US citizen.
