Job Title: Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Duration: Full time

Hybrid: 2 Days to office per week

Salesforce Architect with minimum of 16 years of experience

TOGAF certified

Provide consultative sales expertise on Salesforce Sales Service Cloud and business technical landscape for sales influence and enablement in partnership with the Sales Industry Sales teams. Activities include but are not limited to:

  • Build effective, accurate solution proposals, ballpark estimates, project resource plans, and create slideware and materials.
  • Provide consultative expertise on leveraging the Salesforce platform to support business processes and drive results.
  • Demonstrate offerings and accelerators to prospects, clients' sales teams, and Salesforce to increase awareness and enable sales.
  • Technical Expertise

    Experience in building applications using Lightning, Visualforce, and UI coding techniques. Understanding declarative development in Salesforce (Apex, Triggers, Workflow Rules, Validations, Lightning Components, Reports, Dashboards). Experience in object modeling and database concepts. Knowledge of integrating third-party components via REST, SOAP APIs, or Data Loader. Exposure to MuleSoft is a plus.

    Salesforce Sales Service Cloud Solution Architect will support building and expanding initiatives by collaborating with sales and delivery teams to provide technical, functional, and industry expertise, positioning Salesforce Sales Service Cloud as a solution. This role will:

  • Provide deep Salesforce enterprise architecture focusing on Sales and Service Clouds, including ecosystem and third-party tools.
  • Partner with COE Lead on go-to-market strategies to ensure customer-centric solutions.
  • Align with Salesforce product teams for guidance and thought leadership.
  • Define system architecture and design in line with operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce product teams and represent Magnet360 Mindtree at partner meetings and events.
  • Create thought leadership content like blogs, webinars, and customer stories.
  • Ensure successful solution delivery post-sale, providing architecture and leadership throughout projects.
  • Participate in learning initiatives and support professional development within the team.
  • Desired Candidate Profile

    Ability to present Salesforce solutions connecting business cases to C-level stakeholders. 6+ years in Salesforce consulting and implementation. Experience with Community Cloud and/or Service Cloud. Consulting experience. Proven success in leading cloud solutions across various industries such as retail, banking, finance, travel, hospitality, and healthcare.
