Salesforce DevOps Engineer/Release Manager with ncino - TechDigital Group : Job Details

Education and Required Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as SFDC DevOps/Release Engineer who understands the Salesforce Metadata objects and relationships.
• This individual will help in supporting and transforming the Salesforce ORG and Repository.
• Deploy all code and config changes to different environments for build teams, break fixes, and enhancements.
• Should be able to manage three to four production releases every month.
• Strong expertise in AutoRabbit/Copado.
• Experience in ncino is required.
• Should be able to set up the CD/CI pipeline from scratch and environment setup using Copado and should be well versed with scripting.
• Should also possess knowledge of Workbench, ANT, and Changeset deployments.
• Provision and govern user access to Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs.
• Experience in Salesforce configurations like Custom objects, fields, Object Relationships, Apex classes, workflow Rules, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules, Data security, Approval Process, Page layout, Record Types, Data import/export wizard, Data Loader, etc.
• Create sandboxes and make them ready for project development.
• Define and refresh full sandboxes at regular intervals.
• Ensure 80% or more test class coverage is maintained prior to UAT/STG/Prod deployment.
• This individual should understand the Salesforce Data model and possess data loading skills.
• Communicate release schedule and changes to stakeholders.
• Drive release process improvement initiatives.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect schedule or release scope.
• This is a Hybrid role and requires 3 days/week in the office.
• This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
