When you join RadNet as a Salesforce Development and Operations Engineer, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
You Will:
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce metadata and code using tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms
- Develop scalable, maintainable Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other platform tools
- Implement and enforce best practices for source control, metadata management, and release governance
- Automate testing, code quality checks, and deployment procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce manual error
- Perform systems analysis to evaluate business requirements and design technical solutions that align with platform capabilities
- Collaborate with administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive system improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues, configuration errors, and integration challenges
- Maintain documentation for DevOps workflows, technical configurations, deployment guides, and system updates
- Participate in architectural discussions, environment strategy, and performance optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data integrity standards across environments
- Support and mentor junior team members in development and DevOps practices
- Research and evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to improve automation and efficiency

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- College education or work experience in a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- 1+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices
- Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and automated deployment frameworks
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and Salesforce CLI
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, change sets, and deployment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and apply advanced problem-solving techniques
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in technical decisions
- Experience with system integration, API development, and environment strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical documentation
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps platforms like Copado, AutoRABIT, or Gearset is a plus
