We seek an experienced Salesforce Developer to configure, manage, and customize our Salesforce instance, especially in secure government environments.

• Design, develop, and implement complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce environments, including sandbox and production.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation.
• Develop integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems.
• Implement security controls in line with government compliance.
• Provide technical documentation and support.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher.
• Experience in government or regulated environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Previous experience with government clients.

Our hybrid model supports in-person collaboration and flexibility, allowing up to two days remote work weekly.

We offer a competitive salary ($80,000 - $96,000), comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), stock options, flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and more.
