We are currently engaged with a leading Fintech firm in the payments sector that is seeking to hire a Lead Salesforce Developer. This role will be responsible for defining strategic roadmaps and leading the execution of key architectural and design initiatives across the Salesforce platform.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce strategy and architecture.
• Gather requirements and develop the Salesforce roadmap in collaboration with business and tech teams.
• Design scalable, maintainable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools.
• Prioritize native features over custom code for maintainability.
• Lead implementation of client intake and dynamic form solutions (e.g., Formstack or Salesforce Dynamic Forms).
• Write clean, modular Apex using Trigger-Handler-Service patterns and enforce one-trigger-per-object.
• Ensure logic is bulkified and governor-limit resilient for high-volume B2B use.
• Externalize logic with Custom Metadata Types and Dynamic Forms to reduce code bloat.
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Manage GitLab-based version control and CI/CD, including code reviews and automated deployments.
• Document architecture decisions, deployment processes, and usage patterns.
• Recommend AppExchange tools aligned with long-term strategy.
• Manage Salesforce partners and consultants to deliver on the development roadmap.

Basic Qualifications

• Over 7 years of practical experience developing on the Salesforce platform in dynamic, fast-growing settings.
• Expertise in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL queries, Salesforce Flow, Mulesoft integrations, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proven track record with Salesforce Sales Cloud and designing custom workflows to optimize business processes.
• Skilled in leveraging Formstack and/or Salesforce Dynamic Forms for adaptable data capture and client onboarding solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including security frameworks, sharing rules, and platform governor limits.
• Experience using GitLab for version control and building automated CI/CD workflows tailored to Salesforce projects.
• Strong background in designing scalable Salesforce environments with efficient asynchronous processing and metadata-driven configurations.
• Proficient with Salesforce DX or comparable tools to streamline development and deployment pipelines.
• Well-versed in Apex unit testing methodologies and best practices for continuous delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent analytical skills coupled with clear and effective communication abilities.
