Responsibilities

What You'll Get To Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, and SMEs, to design and implement complex Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud solutions using code and no-code tools.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications and systems.
• Create and maintain solution and technical design documents.
• Assist in the creation of test scripts in collaboration with system owners to ensure quality delivery.
• Maintain and update applications based on user feedback and business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues and debug errors.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance while adhering to compliance and governance policies.
• Compare alternative approaches to meet objectives.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organize, decide, and troubleshoot logically.
• Work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Collaboration and technical solutioning

• Coordinate daily application activities across clouds.
• Own and deliver technical solutions for initiatives and projects.
• Support data flow and integration across applications.
• Understand transaction data requirements and system capabilities.
• Leverage systems like SAP, SFDC, Anaplan, PowerBI.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience (Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ).
• Proficiency with Salesforce development tools, including Apex and Flow.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration tools and best practices.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II certifications required.
• Additional certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, architecture, and data models.
• Experience with Lightning components and Web Components.
• 5+ years of Agile development experience.
• Ability to learn new applications and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in a related technical field.
• Mulesoft Certification (e.g., MCD - Integration Architect).
• Active involvement in Salesforce community.
• Experience with Demand Tools or similar.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and advanced Azure services.
